She’s never distracted, never rushed, and gives her full attention to not just the aesthetics and health of my hair, but to me as a person. She genuinely takes the time to get to know her clients and approaches everything with high integrity. As someone with an autoimmune disease, my hair requires extra care, and she not only understands that but actively supports its health. My extensions are installed in a way that doesn’t cause damage, and her approach is actually helping my natural hair grow back stronger. I always leave happy after seeing Deanna for highlights! She does an amazing job at creating the perfect color for me. She listens really well and provides feedback in a helpful way. Today she also fit in a haircut and it looks so healthy now and polished. I also love the new salon space! I am so happy to have Deanna and Nova Strands in Frisco!

I could not be more thrilled with the outcome of my hair today after trying Nova for the first time. The technical expertise and friendliness of the staff was impressive. Unlike most salons, they took the time to understand and clarify my expectation for our session today so that there were no unwelcome surprises. Their facility is clean, inviting and well-maintained. I love Kynedi’s styling ability, she did a really good job and I was comfortable the whole time! She made sure I liked the result and managed to work with my hair even though it had been previously messed up at a different salon. This salon smells amazing and has a really good, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and the bowls are comfortable whenever they wash your hair. Very professional, I got a drink and a cookie too. Will come back for another cut soon!

Amazing service! I love how light the extensions feel and that I can put my hair into a high ponytail or half up and half down and no one can tell I am wearing extensions. The staff are incredible - Sophia and Jaylyn are two incredible young ladies. Ashlee the owner is my go-to gal. Definitely check them out!
