The NBR’s are breathtaking & Austen is the B E S T! She explained everything so well and even checked on me multiple times after my first appointment… I mean what other hair dresser does that?!? You can tell she truly loves her job and takes such good care of her clients. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I have gotten complaints on my hair EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. since Austen did my hair 6 weeks ago! I’ve had such a hard time finding a hair dresser close to me and I can confidently say that I found my forever girl!

Austen always colors my hair perfectly, and then customizes my NBR extensions color to flawlessly match. I always leave the salon feeling/looking amazing. I have always resisted taking the plunge into extensions as I was under the incorrect assumption they would be high maintenance but I was so wrong and Austen helped me to see that without making me feel pressured at all, just informed 🙂 On the day of my install she was genuinely excited for me, her passion for what she does, her artistry and knowledge – it is second to none! The day after she checked in on me and continues to be a terrific resource. Now that I have extensions I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner! If you are looking for an NBR artist I cannot recommend Austen highly enough – you will not be disappointed!
