I randomly picked Austen when I moved to the area in 2019. I feel like I hit the lottery!!!! Her skill level is top notch - she is absolutely amazing. She exudes a confidence that allows you to relax and know that the end result is going to be a zillion times better than anticipated.

Austen is literally such an amazing stylist. She not only makes you feel beautiful while you’re in the chair but she makes you feel beautiful the entire appointment by being so open and vulnerable about who she is! She takes her time and prepares for you!!

Austen is simply the BEST! I have always resisted taking the plunge into extensions as I was under the incorrect assumption they would be high maintenance but I was so wrong and Austen helped me to see that without making me feel pressured at all, just informed :) On the day of my install she was genuinely excited for me, her passion for what she does, her artistry and knowledge - it is second to none! The day after she checked in on me and continues to be a terrific resource. Now that I have extensions I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner! If you are looking for an NBR artist I cannot recommend Austen highly enough - you will not be disappointed!
