Where to begin. How does one put into words the gratitude. I was at the end of my hope. I’d always had thick, long, beautiful hair. It was my staple, my identity. I had wanted to be a blonde at least once in my life but being a natural brunette, I knew it would be a process. After a year of successful healthy blonde hair, I faced a hair tragedy. I unfortunately fell into the hands of someone who ruined my hair. What was beautiful healthy blonde locks measuring at almost 26 inches became what I can only describe as scarecrow hair that barley touched my ears. I was devastated. Being a pretty positive person I kept saying, it’s just hair….. it will grow back…. But it hurt me deeply. 6 months later I was desperately looking for help. I was so weary to speak to anyone. I was scared that I would have another terrible experience. God sent Ebonie! Our first conversation felt like we were old friends. She listened to my story with heartfelt interest. She wanted to help me and I knew that I could trust her instantly. My supportive husband on board, I was off to sit in Ebonie’s chair. It’s been a year since that perfect day and I can’t imagine what this year would have been like if not for Ebonie. She is and exceptionally skilled professional and an exceptional human being. I can’t thank her enough for all the words of encouragement, fun stories we have exchanged, warm hugs, and perfect hair!!! Thank you Ebonie for giving me back a piece of me.
