Hi there!
My name is Reilly O’Donnell, and I am the owner of Local Girl Studio in Roseville, CA. I have been doing hair since 2013. I found NBR extensions in 2018, and that’s when I jumped all in and fell in LOVE with the method.
I’ve always been the girl who had extensions, but I just never really loved my hair until I had NBR put in. That was the time I never looked back to any other extension method. This method has changed my life, not only am I more confident, but I also love being in the salon and seeing the excitement my clients get after their experience with NBR.
It is my joy to bring each client to fall in love with their hair and to be amazed by their transformation. Every client wants something different from color, length, and even density; thats what makes my career so amazing.

July 22, 2021 at 1:14 pmI started going to Reilly almost a year ago. I reached out to her because she did the NBR Extensions. I had tape ins before and didn’t like them at all so I wanted to NBR ones so that I could still wear my hair up and not have the damage to my hair like the tape ins. Once I reached out to her, she got back to me in a timely manner, was professional, was upfront with the cost and left me not questioning anything. Once I got my extensions in, I was IN LOVE! I have always had thin hair and always resulted in keeping my hair up but now I can wear it down, half up, all the way up and you can’t even tell that I have extensions. She blends it all so well and places them in the right spots. I have two rows and love the fullness. I will always have extensions as long as I can. She always listens to me and gives me the color I am trying to achieve as well.
I also have to say that I instantly I liked Reilly and I always look forward to going and visiting and getting my hair done by her. I recommend her to everyone.
