Joseph Razo Fisher | Perch Studio

I am Joseph Razo Fisher! I am a 5x certified extension artist and offer hand-tied and natural beaded row extensions in Victorville, California. I am the leading hair extension artist in the High Desert offering services to clients that help transform their confidence and lives.

I began my career over a decade ago in Los Angeles, California at Frederic Fekkai Salon in Beverly Hills. With a passion for learning and challenge, I attended school while working behind the chair and ultimately graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from California State University San Bernardino. In that same year, I became a Salon Owner.

I now own Perch Studio in Spring Valley Lake, California. Salon ownership proved to be the catalyst that allowed me to engage in my true passion – Luxury Hair Extensions and mentoring up-and-coming stylists to take hair design and color to the highest level of creativity and excellence.

When I am not behind the chair creating these looks, you can find me in the gym, at the local farmers market picking up fresh food to make, or at Disneyland! I love exploring new places with my husband and family.
