My hair is quite fine, but the method she used gave me the ability to have thicker hair that blended. I’ve never had it blend so naturally. We spoke about my goals and embracing my natural hair colors beauty throughout. I left feeling SO beautiful with my new hair. She did a phenomenal job and was very detailed in her work. She took the time to add extra layers and paid attention to every detail. Out of the two years of different stylists throughout the country (I’m a travel nurse) she has been the most detail oriented I have had.

She truly makes every appointment feel like a special day – her salon is beautiful, and the care she provides is incredible – from having your favorite coffee ready to go to making sure lunch is there. What could be a long appointment flies by and really feels like the best self care. I can’t get my natural hair to grow long or hold a curl, but with the NBR extensions Jen beautifully crafted, I can get up and go every day with amazing hair and very little effort. I absolutely love my hair and my stylist.

You can get your hair done with anyone, but the ones that make it to worth it travel 5 hours just to see her because there is NO ONE that can compare, is a rarity, Jen makes sure that her education in NBR is on point but she makes the time you spend in the chair worth while. She is a Gem and continues to strive to make sure her clients are taken care of and satisfied with the hair, beading, and the care.

She has phenomenal energy and always knows and understands what I like and what I’m looking for with my hair wants and needs. She is very thorough and meticulous in her process. She has a great location and environment that I enjoy. Her professionalism and attitude makes my day. You would never know I have extensions unless I told you – her color matching and blending skills are perfection. I get compliments on my hair all the time! a year agoStephanie Strobel is my hairdresser, and Vicki Luc of Pretty Nails does my nails. They are both experts. You can not ask for more professional experts. I was new to the area and in need of a hairdresser. I was referred to Stephanie. I told her how I liked my hair done. She listened and assessed my cowlicks and unique waves. She said she would take me on . I was having my nails done by a larger local salon. After several visits, the salon's customer service declined. I asked Stephanie for a recommendation. She recommended Vicki, whose shop is next to hers.

2 years agoI saw Kaylee Wiltzius (Shear Excellence Limited) for a cut. She really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed out of my haircut, as I can be pretty picky and usually have to come back a second time with stylists to get it right. Not with Kaylee though! Great woman, exceptionally reasonable prices. Highly Recommend!!!

2 years agoThere are different small salons in this building. The shop I use is Hair West stylist Sarah Rowley. Will be willing to make wagers anyone using her will be a committed patron to her after the first time, she is THAT GOOD!!
