Meet Amanda, the passionate owner of Pink Salon & Extensions Studio, nestled in the charming small town of Inman, SC. With over 20 years of experience behind the chair and a background as an RN, Amanda’s journey with extensions began in high school when she crafted homemade clip-ins for prom, shying away from traditional methods like gluing due to the mess and potential damage.
However, Amanda’s relationship with extensions took on a deeper meaning in 2014 when she experienced significant hair loss after her second child. Feeling like a fraud to her clients, Amanda delved into the world of hair loss, combining her nursing expertise with her passion for hairdressing to understand its causes and seek solutions.
In 2017, Amanda’s quest led her to discover NBR extensions during a trip to California. Enrolling in the Academy, she became South Carolina’s first NBR artist, driven by her desire to help other women struggling with hair loss. Transitioning her entire business to focus exclusively on extensions, Amanda finds each transformation miraculous, aiming to leave every woman who walks into her salon feeling beautiful, healed, educated, and confident.

I began my extension journey in 2014 after having my second child. My hair fell out and I was so embarrassed. Along the way I found NBR in 2016 and the rest is history! I have over 20 years experience behind the chair and absolutely love the transformations I see every day. I own a beautiful upscale salon with a small town vibe in Inman, SC. It’s a hidden gem. I have two beautiful daughters and married my high school sweetheart. I am casual and goofy most days. I’m very passionate about making women feel better about themselves and smile along the way.
