I am the creator of Posh Beauty Bar salon located in a quaint neighborhood called Normandy Park, just 20 minutes south of Seattle. I have been an industry innovator of hair and business for the last 21 years. I love elevating my guest experience in my salon company because it’s a beautiful, peaceful, and serene atmosphere. I love all things fashion, beauty, glam, and art. I have found a strategic new skillset with NBR extensions, that allows me to be creative with purpose in taking my guest reservation to a whole new level. Having fabulous hair for a women is how she regains her power and I am an empowered women that loves to see women look and feel their absolute best!! As a young girl, I loved all things hair, fashion, & makeup but little did I know that I would flourish and grow as an artist and entrepreneur behind the chair by helping my guest feel empowered & beautiful from the inside out. This year marks 21 years of knowledge in the beauty industry, many classes, personal development growth, becoming an education business expert, pursuing my new salon company Posh Beauty Bar and becoming a passionate licensed NBR artist. My husband, and I along with our two children created this lavish environment by repurposing, renewing, and adding a little GLAM to our salon company for you to enjoy! We want you to feel pampered here with elevated service along with the most relevant trends for your desired wants & needs with your reservation. Our goal here is to make you feel the absolute best version of YOU with Natural Beaded Row extensions.

When it comes to hair cuts, color, & styling services, her experience and skill level is exemplary. However, it’s her enthusiastic and infectious joy that also keeps me coming back year after year. Recently, I switched from I-Tips hair extensions to NBR hair extensions and it has been GAME CHANGING!!! The NBR extensions are comfortable, beautiful, and despite the MANY compliments I receive about my hair, no one ever guesses I have extensions. The color, texture and placement of the hair is incomparable to ANY other product. It feels and looks natural. I will never use another type of extension. She recently introduced me to NBR and I don’t think I could ever live without it! The volume I get from the installation of 1 row is amazing! I was worried about the maintenance, but other than adding a little extra time for blow drying it has not been hard to maintain at all. They blend in so well with my natural hair, in color and texture. Kristi is so personable and just makes you feel so comfortable and special when you are in her chair. I highly recommend visiting Posh Beauty Bar and letting Kristi work her magic!

The NBR isn’t a cut-and-paste option. They are extremely customizable. I had my first set placed with “volume goals”. However, with my active lifestyle, during my 9-week refresh, I wanted to keep the volume but adjust the positioning. The wefts can be cut and shaped to match the desired length and style, and the color can be customized to match your natural hair or a desired shade. This makes NBR extensions a great option for those looking for a completely customized and personalized look. Kristi’s talent shined with the initial application, her critical thinking and concentrated precision impressed me during my refresh.

She match the color perfect and blended them flawlessly. They provide so much length and volume for any styling technique you prefer! You seriously can not even tell I have extensions. Not only does my hair look and feel amazing, Kristi truly makes YOU feel amazing from the time you walk in the doors to the time you walk out. She provides the most elevated experience I have ever had at a salon and I have been getting hair done for many years. She truly cares about YOU and your hair. Kristi is not only beautiful on the outside but on the inside too, she is genuine, she is an artist and she has perfected this skill! April 14, 2023 at 6:21 pmI have been a guest of Kristi for over a decade and had NBR done in March. I LOVE the added texture and length and it looks, and feels very natural. After 2 kids, I feel my hair has suffered over the years and I have not been able to grow it out to my desired length without having it look fine and wispy. I use excellent haircare products to boost hair growth and use supplements to support my hair and nails, but NBR has been the only treatment to provide immediate gratification and has boosted my confidence. I was also pleasantly surprised that it does not take a lot of extra time to dry and style my hair, which was a concern with my busy lifestyle. Kristi has dedicated her career to elevating her guests experience and you will leave feeling completely pampered. The minute your walk into her salon you feel the love and care that she has poured into her space and I always leave feeling elevated from her positive attitude and loving disposition. I would highly recommend NBR to anyone considering this treatment, you will love the improvement and confidence builder that thicker, longer hair provides.
